Well.... my day is not so good. The boss is letting another technician go. Then.... I will be the only one left. But that is good since I do need to work. The boss is also selling the lab in 3 years but I still need to work.
I left my phone at work, so on my day off tomorrow.... I need to go to work.
The good news is... the meds for Fibromyalgia make me lose my appetite, so my clothes are looser. I am not sure how much I am losing though. I'm gonna wait two more weeks to check.
5...5.... we laid FIVE EGGS today!!!

Hey Scrambles. This has been a long week all over! TGIF! Sorry you have to go in to work to get your phone, but maybe you can turn it into a shopping trip or something fun. Could be who ever buys the lab in future will keep you on. They will need people.

plus a bunch of Serama eggs. It was raining today, and the girls were lined up along the house on the patio under the eaves. I watched my New Hamp hen pick the beard off my EE. Then I noticed one of the Ameraucanas has no beard.

Why do they do that?? It's not a protein problem because they get plenty. Maybe jealousy??

hey all, I don't have to return to work until 3/28. 17 more days to get up to par. phew. and it also gives me time to get that Jeep. the dealership had a previous deal with someone else, and sent the title off to the registry, so I'm waiting for it to come back cleared and in my name... should have come back this week, but hadn't by yesterday. anytime next week or so is fine. I'm walking pretty well, by the end of a long day, I'm a bit gimpy, but not bad. Tylenol is sufficient.

MC, I'm sorry. I didn't understand it and should have just asked. you are not anything you listed, Duckling thrives under your loving care. other people are responsible for their own actions. you've been consistent, kind and right there. for everyone.

speaking of weight... I have to gain. at least 10 lbs. none of my clothes fit. I'm not hungry, can't finish what I force myself to eat. not typical of Celiac. usually, I'm starving all the time and because I malabsorb, I never know what will get in and what gets flushed out. ordinarily, I eat a lot. not lately... but I'll go to the grocery store this morning, and pick up the stuff I really like to eat, I'm out of all of that... so that may be why I'm being so fussy... don't say you wish you had my problem. being underweight is really as unhealthy as being overweight. Celiac comes with a lot of nerve inflammation, diarrhea and occasional vomiting. it's not worth it.

I can't believe she is so gross! Then again...
I will do it again in the morning when they bring Jazlyn back. I hadn't meant to just say I did it. But when I realized I hadn't explained, I wondered if you guys had figured it out due to all the chattering I do.

Still raining today. Windy now too.

Cheeka! Yay for getting a couple more weeks! How often do you have to lift 50lbs? (not counting chicken feed!) I know it would only take once to mess up your knee, but just wondering what your job is like.

Regarding weight, I am always amazed when an actor can gain or lose weight for a role. Takes a lot more self control than I have, although if it meant being paid the big bucks that they make, I might be more inspired!


The wind is really starting to blow now. The trees are flinging back and forth. I expect there will be a lot that go over, given the very wet ground and reduced root systems from the last 4 drought years. Good day to stay inside.

It finally got sunny here. I really need to get outside, and get to work! So much to do! IDK where to start!
I worried about her clothes, my door, my carpeted stairs ...
I think the Vaseline is harder to explain. Honey can be from anything, and she would have to taste it to know it is honey.
For all the things I wanted to make for supper (buffalo chicken pizza or pork chops and steamed vegetables. Maybe Sesame chicken or a chicken broccoli cheese pizza) I decided on hot dogs over the fire. May do them soon for lunch. Hmmmm....
