Should I cull him early? Bloody pics

We have a 6.5 week d CX and his tail is being picked to death by the others. He's got a pretty bloody rump despite bathing and blu-kote

He's walking fine and acting normal but the others are pecking at him a lot.

Should I go ahead and cull him today?

I would. Unless you want to separate him. In this weather it seems you'll be risking a gross infection starting and then you won't be able to use him.
