Should I cull or keep these poor babies with splayed legs?

One of our friends has some silkie chicks that are 1 week old, and they are constantly doing the splits, They've tried the cup method, and lost one doing so. Thye also tried the bandaid method. Do they have any hope? We could go get them from him, but the soonest would be in 7 days, and I don't know if they would last that long...

He said 4 out of 16 hatched like this.

Oh yes, get some vet wrap strips or bandaids and put some hobbles on them. It has to be done right away, and kept on for 4-5 days. Help them get around a little to learn to balance, and keep them eating and drinking so they don’t lose strength. Get them started on some chicken vitamins as well.

I use band-aids cut in half the long way. Place each leg so that the "cushion" is next to the leg, then wrap the sticky part around the leg to meet in the middle. This helps keep thier legs straight. They learn to walk very well with thier legs bandaged like that.
