Should I cut it OFF?

I posted about a red sack hanging from my chicks abdomen and now its a shriveled up dry black thing that I would like to get rid of for it so i can put it with another little chick. What should I do? Can you cut it off? I'm not even sure what it was in the first place, so I'm scared to do anything to it.

Also, there is a short little pink thing right beside it and I don't know what it is. Can anyone help me? And one of his claws isn't working right, its hard for him to walk because his toes are curled up. Is that going to be fine? Thanks!

Once it dried up I cut it off.I also let the water get warm in the sink and just keep working it loose. I have had 2 like that in the past couple of months and did the same thing for each!!

yes that is similar but it was bigger and more deffinetely red. But it does look like that. And what is the sick?
