Should I cut my frizzles feathers?

I’ve had three males try to breed these two frizzles I have with no luck. When I see it, the only issue is their feathers are so dense and in the way. Maybe if they present themselves it’ll be different, but I doubt it.
Should I eventually cut one’s rear feathers?

Many pluck excessive fluff rather than trimming.
