I am 1/2 way thru day 23 and none of my eggs are doing anything. I am very worried. Can I do the water test to see I'd they are alive or should I leave them alone?

Is this your first hatch? If so, and your thermometers weren't calibrated, your temp could have been off. Were they moving when they went to lock down? Did they look to be at the right stage of development according to the excellent photos in the learning center? (look at Hatching Eggs 101) You might try candling them again. Try to leave them in the position they are in right now when you candle. If they are laying flat, put a towel on your counter to keep them from rolling, and candle them with them on their side. Look for any internal pips or movement. Listen for any sounds, tap, and see if you get any response.

Definitely try candling them 1st. What breed are they? Some hatch later than others. 21 days is a guideline.
