Should I get Red Cochin Bantams?

I have been doing a lot of research and I am looking at purchasing red cochin bantams from cackle hatchery. Do you own red cochin bantams? Are they really good mothers? Have you ever purchased chickens from Cackle hatchery?

I have a few buff cochin bantams from Cackle, they are only 9 weeks old.

So I can't answer your questions about them making good mothers, or anything about the reds really, but thought I'd mention that they are very healthy and friendly, and the people at Cackle were pleasant to deal with as well. I'm close so I picked them up rather than having them shipped.
