Should I get this to help my birds or...?

I'm wondering if I should get the following to help out my sickly birds. I'd give some to both chickens in the house and then if I find any others acting off out in the barn, give them some.
How do I store the bottle? How long will it last? Do I need new needles for each bird or each new time I draw more?
How do I dose for tiny Serama sized chickens, little bantams, medium bantams?

I would skip the injections and use something like this......

..... that can just be added to thier water. You and the birds would be much happier.
