Should I give antibiotics?

So here is my patient this morning.
She took the antibiotics and half a tums(in water).
She opened her eyes for this, but closed them right after amd went back to sleep. She is in my lap right now.
In a bit I'm gonna see if I can get some egg yolk down her and some more nutri-drench. Her crop feels like a balloon, not to big, but I would have thought it would have emptied by now. Maybe because of the water?

Crops can slow down or become impacted or sour during other problems. Does she have any odor from her beak?
No odor, and it doesnt feel rock hard like my Siggys did when she was impacted.
I just syringed watery egg yolk/nutri-drench into her mouth and she ate it. About 8 cc of it.
She is resting now. I'm gonna glove up and check her inside again in a bit.

Well I've gotten about 12 cc of watery yolk/nutri-drench mix in her. She is actually holding her head up, but her eyes are still closed. I've haven't checked her vent yet.

Warming up a bath for her now. She has pooped green, which I'm guessing is because of not eating and possible infection. I tried to see if she would stand, but she falls forward on her face.
I'm gonna try to video me checking for eggshells inside her, for others in the future.

Some folks will try tube feeding when they won’t eat, and if the crop is working. That way, you can give them a whole feeding 2 or 3 times a day, instead of trying to force feed. It would be up to you whether or not you feel comfortable doing it. Here is some reading and videos about it:

I don't have the money to get the tube for that, but someday.
I still haven't felt anymore shells, but a whole bunch of yolk and albumen came out again. Its gotto be more than one egg. I think I'm gonna have to put her down and do a necropsy.

She might perk up if she takes some calcium tablets or the antibiotics help. I have bought aquarium air tubing at Walmart for a few dollars, and cut a piece for a feeding tube. One end has to be melted with a lighter to soften it so it is not sharp. That tube fits on the end of a regular 35 ml syringe from the feed store (less than a dollar.) That tube setup can be washed and used over whenever needed.

But I understand if you put her down. There is no guarantee that she will get better. Unfortunately, these reproductive disorders are common in chickens.
