Should I give sulmet if only symptom is reddish brown diarrhea?

My chicks are two weeks old and are doing just fine except last night I noticed a bit of reddish brown diarrhea (not bloody colored). Tonight it seems like more of them have it but they're all acting fine. Should I give them sulmet now or wait until they appear sick?

Have you looked at this? There is so much normal variation in chicken poo!

Corid is the usual first treatment for cocci, along with/followed by probiotics.
