Should I give them water?

Right now I mix 250ml with baytril for their medicine. But they drank it all pretty fast. So can I give them normal water without medicine since they got their daily dose?

Yes, they should always have access to fresh, clean water.

Are your chickens sick? Whether human or animal, you needs lots more water than normal when you are taking an antibiotic. A chicken that is not sick and taking an antibiotic drinks a lot of water. They are probably drinking up the water with antibiotic so fast because they are really thirsty.
