Should i help my chick hatch?

Another chick is hatching right now underneath my broody and the broody tried to peck the hole once (Probably thought it was food) and there was a bit of blood in the egg, however is that okay? and the hole (about 1 centimeter big) has been the same for 3 hours and the chick is still chirping. i looked in the hole and it looks like its really young (maybe not ready) however i dont know cause this is my first chicken.

If the chick didn't hemorrhage to death after the peck, which apparently it hasn't, then the blood loss was not severe enough. However it will almost certainly be weaker now. But it may still hatch itself overnight.

Is the beak clear and free from the membrane and is the chick able to breathe easily?

Is the membrane 'shrink-wrapping' the chick?
