This chick started to unzip around 5 or 6 hours ago, it has not since made any progress, I can’t hear it chirp but it may just be the other chicks being loud in the incubator. The membrane has turned white but I can see it breathing. I don’t know what to do, HELP!!!

Yes, help it. Once a chick starts to upzip it is ready to hatch. The zipping process should not take longer then an hour. It may be positioned wrong or stuck. Just help by separating the rest of the shell where it already started zipping. It may be to tired to continue. Once they start zipping there will be no blood from veins and the yolk has already been absorbed.

Forgot to mention that it’s now day 23, and the first pip was over 24 hours ago on day 22. The unzip started around 15 hours ago. Any more advice?? I don’t want to do the wrong thing.

I also don’t know if I should risk shrink wrapping the other pipped egg in the bator, or how to stop that from happening if I need to take the egg out the assist it.

It's a tough call. How many eggs are there and how many have hatched?
There are 4 already in the brooder, one hatched last night and is drying in the incubator, and there are 2 eggs with pips/hatching and 2 not. We had nine eggs total

I can’t quite tell because the other chick bumped it and it rolled over

:hugs
Hang in there. If you are going to take out the one that hatched maybe at the same time be prepared to assist that egg.
I had a similar thing happen, one chick was bowling with a pipped egg I had an eye on for hours, I decided to just let it go, whatever happens happens. The chick did hatch though!!

I remember the feeling though of "now I can't even see it properly, ugh!"
