Should I insulate?

My chicks are about a week old, and I'm beginning to gather ideas for building a coop. My question is whether or not I should insulate the coop. I have 2 white leghorns, and don't plan to get anymore. I live in San Diego, where the winters are usually mid 40's - 50's F. The coldest I've seen it get is about mid-30 something F. Thanks in advance.

You don't need to insulate. I live in Sacramento and it's never been a problem.
