Today is Day 22, and im not sure if I should help a egg. The others started to pip on day 20, and 6 out of 7 were hatched on day 21. The last egg hasn't pipped at all and I'm a bit concerned. What should I do?

It has the same parents as the ones that have already hatched, should I drill a small hole or something?

Candle it. Parentage doesn't mean anything. Look for internal pips.

I candled, no pips. I couldn't see any movement but saw some veins, there's definitely something in there im just not sure if it's alive
