Should I intervene??

I’m probably overthinking things... but I have a bad feeling about this little guy. It was the first to pip (day 19), but pipped in the middle of the egg. It’s egg was far larger than the others, but has showed normal growth since setting. It appeared healthy with a sufficient air cell when I candled prior to lockdown. It’s remained like this for over 24 hours without progress though, and I’m concerned because everything surrounding the chick is very dry and crunchy. Humidity is set at 65% and the others are pipping as expected. It’s still peeping at me when I speak, or gently tap the incubator with my fingernail. Am I just being impatient and paranoid??
