I have a feeling your 2 inside aren't going to take to a new mama. But still worth a try. So do try as long as your watching even if mom rejects them or vise versa you'll be there to intervene.

Hello..They should all hatch within a day or two apart and as they hatch introduced to Momma asap. Then they imprint to her...Best wishes...Hi,
Sorry for getting into this thread but I will most likely have a similar situation.
I have an Indian runner couple, now, my hen is quite small and last week she went broody on 12 eggs, obviously due to her size she couldn't lay on all of them so I took 6 out and put them in the incubator. I was just wondering if they will all hatch at the same time or if there is a chance that they will hatch at different times? After candling them, it looks like the ones in the incubator are developing faster than the one under my hen.![]()
Yes, that would be fine for me if they hatch first, if that happens, should I put the eggs underneath mama duck in the incubator? I am worried that she will leave the other eggs if some have already hatched. The ones in the bator sound like they are going to hatch first if they are ahead in developing. Maybe a day to a few days before? What would be the possibility of when hatch begins in the bator you can place these eggs back under mom so when they pop out they imprint on mama duck instead of you or does that matter?
Perfect! That is what I hoped for. Exciting! You can also swap out the hatched for the ones not hatched under her to keep the flow going..
Generally they stay until satisfied that they all hatched. About 2 days..Yes, that would be fine for me if they hatch first, if that happens, should I put the eggs underneath mama duck in the incubator? I am worried that she will leave the other eggs if some have already hatched.
Your welcome...Perfect! That is what I hoped for. Exciting!
Thank you for your help.
