I have a chick that's currently having "butt problems" and one of the other chicks will not leave the poor baby alone, it just keeps picking at it's vent and all around it's hind end. This is the ONLY chick doing it, the others don't even pay any attention to the sick baby, even when it makes noise. There are plenty of toys(ball, hanging toy, stuffy) and food in the brooder too.

This seems like Cannibalistic behavior to me... I am worried if i keep this chick it will be prone to it later on.. What do you guys think?

It could just be that chick's personality. I have a black sex-link hen that's super friendly and loves pecking my hands, and her chick now pecks my fingers, and at the other chicks. It's probably just more dominant than the rest. Keep an eye on it, maybe separate out the one that's bleeding, and you should be fine.
