my ducklings are 7 weeks old and are doing great but the weather is supposed to be getting down to 0 degrees. I think that they have all of their feathers except their primary flight feathers dos any one think that they will be ok

Do you have a shelter for them? Where are you located? My ducks are do fine in Ohio, but prefer to stay in their barn last few days (about 15F here).
Most ducks are hearty in winter with a safe shelter and food and water.

yes they have a draft free wooden coop with a roof and I am in Colorado. do you think that even now they are smaller still that they will be ok.

At 7 weeks they should be fully feathered, but I’d keep an eye on them. If they seem weak or lethargic, maybe good idea to get them in an area that’s a little warmer. What breed are they and how many ducks do you have? I’m always curious about other people’s ducks.😀
