Should I move this hen?

I have a bantam that is sitting on 4 eggs. She is in a nest box right now that has a wire over it that is just big enough for her to squeeze in and keeps all the other hens out. We are about 4 days away from hatching. She leaves as she pleases, but these nest boxes are about 3-4' off the ground. If she hatches them, will the chicks be ok, or should I move her to the floor in a 3x2 wire hutch where she is completely enclosed and the chicks cannot get out? Coop mates include 3 guineas, 1 rooster and 8 hens. What should I do?

I'd leave her be.

When I was a kid we had hens that would nest 10 bales high in a hay stack and the chicks would fall out of the nest, bounce once and they'd be fine.
