Should I not turn my eggs on day 1-2 of incubation - silkie eggs in incubator?

I have read bit to turn my eggs on day 1 of incubation is this correct?

I know some places say not to turn them on the first day but I always turn mine right from the start because turning is very important in the development of the extra embryonic membranes which form the basis of their circulatory systems. Even shipped eggs with detached air cells get turned right from the start in my incubator.
