I just plugged in tonight's supper not too long ago.
Once again, Val's dinner and mine seem to almost parallel each other...
I saw this on youtube a little while back using cube steaks. And rather than freeze the two I had leftover from the chicken fried steak, I'm doing this with them.
A different take than the usual crock pot pot roast I make once in a while. More like a Swiss steak.
