We're having the leftover pot roast for dinner. We're not big on leftovers around here, but we don't want it to go to waste.

You can always turn the pot roast into a beef and barley soup

I just plugged in tonight's supper not too long ago.
Once again, Val's dinner and mine seem to almost parallel each other...

I saw this on youtube a little while back using cube steaks. And rather than freeze the two I had leftover from the chicken fried steak, I'm doing this with them.

A different take than the usual crock pot pot roast I make once in a while. More like a Swiss steak.

No potatoes. I'll serve it over mashed.
Or egg noodles.
