should I provide some type of water source for my RIR's to play in?

It has come to my attention that my 3 month old flock of 11 RIR's are not just drinking there water but they are also splashing them selves with it. So my question is should I supply some type of watering tub for them to play in? I'm a rookie so advice is needed.

Check this out. I think I am going to have to go out and get a wading pool for my girls to play in, supervised of course. I'll keep it empty unless we are out there to watch them.

I have a 4 inch deep black feed tub from TSC that I keep 1/2 full of water and my RIR love to play in it.as long as weather permitting I will keep their "pool " filled up.
