Should I separate my banty and her babies from the big girl flock?

I have one tiny Serama in my flock, and I am getting her some little Serama eggs to hatch out. Should I keep her separate from the big girls once they hatch? She is so much smaller than the other birds that I am kind of worried. They normally get along very well though. I have 5 big birds (EE, leghorn, Barred Rock, Marans) and just the one tee Serama.

Has she been broody and setting on the nest for a couple weeks already?
