Should I separate my chickens

Well this goes back last summer I got 4 chicks (normal non breed basic chicks) and well one night a cat came and ate them but I managed to rescue one with a broken toe
Since then that chick is has grown in to his mid age but he is extremely scared of every thing when I open the door he panics and runs flaps his wings like crazy etc
A week ago I got silkies and when they came they were friendly and nice like all silkies
But I put them with my super scared chicken
And today when I was going to bring them in my house with me (cuz it's getting cold) THEY REFUSED they simply started running away like the scared chicken
Is my scared chicken scaring my silkies should I separate them?

The change in environment/routine has most likely scared your silkies. Chickens hate change - allow them time to adjust to the changes.

Ditto. And try hand feeding them all so they don't freak out when they see you. It'll probably calm your fraidy chicken down alot if you bond with him.
I'm not sure how old your Silkies are, but mine tolerate the cold just fine. They live in an uninsulated coop and had no problems when the temps dipped down to 2°F (my coldest temp over the winter, but in past winters we've seen temps in the -teens). If they're fully feathered, they'll be fine. I have an 8-9 week old Silkie in the coop and our temps are still in the 30s at night

Mine are like a couple months away from eggs
I just brought them in cuz I think keeping them out is scaring them and they do eat from my hand now
I kept them hungry and now they don't care to fear there way to hungry
