So my friend just got 2 started EE pullets that are about 7-9 weeks old. I got to see them the other day and one "Peggy" has a comb that is looking too big and red for its age. I didn't see anything else that would suggest a roo, but comparing "Peggy" to the other one, I am pretty sure that it has to be a he. But the hard part is telling that to my friend. I did say that the comb looked big and red, but mostly kept it to how cute they are. Peggy's legs are the same thickness as the other and the hackle and saddle feathers aren't pointed, yet. If I can, I will get pics. :)
