I ordered 1 dozen eggs from a website on Nov 5th. but used paypal. The person emailed me the total and said it would take 7-10 days for me to get the eggs after I bought them. I know the payment went through. I emailed them last Tue. asking when they would be sending my eggs so I could let the PO know they were coming. I never got a response. I still haven't gotten a response or the eggs what should I do. Should I try to email them again or just try to get my money back?

I'd e-mail one last time and then file a chargeback with Pay Pal on the 26th. Three weeks is PLENTY of time to send them and, IMO, no communication when someone has my money scares me. If you're having a delay, tell me, but do not ignore me altogether. It does not make you look like a reputable honest seller at. all.

Thanks I wrote them again. The problem is I didn't want to get eggs after Thanksgiving, when people start sending way more packages because of Christmas. Is why I ordered them all around the same time. I told him if they weren't sent this morning to just cancel the order and please refund my money. I believe if they are sent tomorrow or Wed. they will just sit at the PO over Thanksgiving, which I don't want. Any later and they would be hatching at a very bads time, to much to do that week ect. Thanks for you response. I hope I am not being to hard on the person, I know Chickens stop laying sometimes but its been 19 days they could at least write me back and tell me what the problem is I guess.

I understand and yes, them not writing back is what concerns me. I paid for a package on the 6th and I'm waiting, too. *sigh* It's not eggs, though, thankfully.

The good thing with shipping around Thanksgiving is that most P.O's are getting more trucks in per day. I know our little one has three per day compared to our normal one. There's still the time issue for you, though and also, there's so many more packages, I personally would not want eggs in the mail this time of year. Too many more possibilities for them to get smashed. (people are shopping early, too. My last two Saturdays working have been rough with early Christmas package shopping! heh)

There is no excuse for lack of communication from the seller. If you don't have them soon, I would contact pyapal and ask for a refund. Non-communication from a seller is unacceptable if you ask me.

I'm an ebay seller and I agree with everyone. It's bad business to make your customers wait and not communicate with them. I'd give them one last day to answer back and then file a claim. You are within your rights to do so.
