Should I use a heater in my coop?

Only if you have chicks you need extra warmth the first winter. Most chicken breeds can have a lot of cold if they got accustomed to it.

p.s. how cold does it get in Texas in winter?
Well it says 35 degrees right now I wanna say it gets around 50-60 right now when the sun is out maybe 40 sometimes

The bigger Serama’s can have more cold then the tiny ones. How big /old are they?
Hm I wanna say one of them is fully grown now, the other is 3-4 months old and is smaller, I wanna say the older one is about as tall as a coke can and the younger maybe an inch or so smaller

It’s the weight that is important. (< 500 grams and freezing is not a good combination). I would recommend extra heating if its gets below freezing.
If there are 5 pullets or more and cuddle together in a nesting box they can keep each other warm too. If the smallest Serama is peeping, she probably gets too cold. And I would give some extra heating.

Ok thanks for the information! Niether seem to be peeping although they’re in a house right now for quarantine but they seem to be keeping eachother warm

No need for heat.
I agree with the rest.
I have a heat lamp installed and ready to use for those -30F weeks, I don't use it for anything above that.

Yea I have a heat lamp as well and I only turn it on when certain nights are around that range for them
