I have never heard of Marek's being given orally. At hatcheries and the vaccines I have seen online/purchased have always been given through injections. Newcastle/Bronchitis vaccines can be given to very young chicks, and can be give orally (mixed with their drinking water). If the Newcastle vaccine is given to chicks younger than 2 weeks old, it should be given again when they are older. There is also a vaccine for fowl pox that is given in the the chickens wing.
I have read online that Marek's is best given when chicks are 1 day old (because of how widespread Marek's is). All of my chicks I purchased from hatcheries I get vaccinated for Marek's. I had a young rooster (born last September) to one of my broody hen's that was not vaccinated. He died a lingering death yesterday after being sick for several days and unable to move. So tomorrow I have my vet (I live in the country) coming to my farm to vaccinate all of my chickens for Marek's and Fowl Pox. 126 of my chickens have been vaccinated for Mareks as chicks, 14 were not. I have enough vaccine for 1000 doses so I'm going to vaccinate all of them again. It won't hurt them, and after you have seen your kids crying their eyes out because their favorite rooster died from a preventable disease... the vaccine is worth it.
