Should I wash the eggs for incuabtion, There muddy and dirty?????

I just received my eggs, but stuck is it best to wash off the mud or keep it on?

I wash them and do not tend to get any rotten ones.

I have become a washer as well. All of them that I washed are growing right now.

If they are dirty I would was them under warm water, not cold. Cold water can suck bacteria into the egg. After just gently dry them off. I was my eggs, and they hatch just fine.

Yes, wash them. I run the hot water faucet, put the egg under it, and gently rub till clean, then dry off with a paper towel. I do all my duck eggs this way and have excellent hatches.
