Should i worry that its been 18 hours and....(pic)

the chick hasnt tried walking around???? Must be really tired. Heres a picture of it when it was a couple of hours old

it was chirping when i took the pic. its not dying

I am new to hatching, only done 2, but it seems to me it should be walking by now. Anyone else?

I'd give it at least 24 hrs to walk, and if it really doesn't start, 72 hours before worrying.

it seems to be getting up and looking around now! its the ONLY chick in the bator, it was in with the ducks. I should name it a duck name lol

I had a little one that really didn't walk around the first 24 hours. It was small, too. I kept it in the incubator with a buddy for more than 24 hours because the others were just stepping all over her, and pecking her horribly.
Even now, at 2 weeks old, it doesn't seem to walk and run around as much as the others. But it eats and drinks, and seems fine other than not being as active.

She's a real cutie!!
