should my EE’s eggs be more blue?

Hi there. I have one chicken that I think is an EE. Should her eggs be more blue? Can I get th more blue by changing her food? All of my other chickens lay various colors of brown eggs. The egg on the left is a white store bought egg.

I agree with the first poster, and also think your egg(s) are lovely as well. It's nice it have a variety and be able to tell who lays what and when. :love

Even purebred blue layers can have varying shades of blue. See the egg color chart in the following link for reference...

Nope! That's her egg. You cannot change her egg color by what you feed her.
EEs are hybrids. They can lay varying shades of blue or green and even sometimes brown eggs.
If you really want blue eggs, get a pure breed blue egg layer.

Yep, that's as good as she can do. As a matter of fact the color may fade the further into her laying cycle she gets.
