Should she stay or should she go ??

I have sold 5 of my chickens. I am trying to decided which chickens should go.

Should the chicken at the lowest spot on the pecking order stay with me or go to a new home?

I am worry about the transition being too much for her. She will be going to a pre-established flock.
She gets picked on my mine - but she is at the bottom of the pecking order - so isn't that normal?
