Should TEMP be "lowered a bit" late in incubation?

After talking with my design engineer in Thialand, We have came upon the conclusion that any modifications to the presently designed prototype controller are not necessary since we are placeing the temp/humdity sensors on a wire that could be placed in the incubation trays along with the eggs. Since the temp/humidity sensors used for reading the temperature are also the same sensors controlling the thermostat, any changes in temperature would be sensed and automaticly compensated for.

My thoughts about this without the benefit of any testing, are that most likely the temperature at the eggs should stay relatively constant to the desired preset temperature that you enter into the thermostat, but that you might possiblely see some variation in temps between the egg trays and the air temperature in the rest of the incubator cabinet. At anyrate, this controller should provide a much more reliable temperature readings than a stationary wall mounted digital or wafer type thermostat. It will most certainly be much more accurite than anything else currently available to the hobbiest.
