It depends on the contest. As always, if you feel something needs to be addressed, use the report button.

Nope, the report button is for ANYTHING, GOOD OR BAD OR JUST INFORMATION that you want to use to notify the BYC Staff. Using the report button helps us all work together and notifies those that are online that something needs to be checked out.
