You've ask for more information than any of us can possibly write in one thread.

If you are interested in Showing the best thing you can do is (1) Purchase an APA Standard of Perfection. (2) Check out some books on showing poultry. The APA should have some. (3) Go to a Poultry Show. Maybe do this one first to see if you even like it before the outlay of money.
