But they have to be cured

Can you post some current photos of him?

Were you ever able to get any pus out of the eye or sinus cavity?

If he has not responded to all the antibiotics you have given him, then likely you are dealing with a virus. If possible, see if your state diagnostic lab will accept some swabs for testing.

I'm very sorry, but if he has a respiratory illness like Mycoplasma or similar, then there is no cure - there is management of symptoms. Testing can determine what illness he has - since it's spreading to other chickens, then whatever it is, is contagious. Respiratory illnesses make birds carriers for life regardless if they ever show any symptoms. Mycoplasma can also be transferred to hatching eggs, so if you are considering breeding, then testing would be in your best interest.

Honestly if they've not recovered in a month, with treatment, they aren't likely to recover. And in my opinion should be culled. Its a cold hard fact with poultry that sick birds rarely fully recover. And usually will have future problems even if they do recover. I always just cull sick birds and avoid the wasted time all together.

OP..If this guy has a disease then everyone else in your flock has been exposed. You will be lucky if no one else gets really sick.

Please please do some research on bio security and chicken diseases.
