Show Me Your Bantam Babies!

This is Jane, my three month old white Silkie Boy! He is still a sweetheart and hasn’t found his crow yet. We weren’t planning to keep any boys but he’s such a sweetie so we had to.❤
Silkies are the only bantam breed I have, though I really like the D’uccles as well!

I think silkie roosters crow a bit later than regular ones, though I may be wrong. Mines 4.5 months and no crow either lol

Yes,yes they do! My little Nugget is going to be 3 months and chases my 3-4 week old ducklings around!!

Our first bantam roo was Sparky. I forget what breed, but pheasant pattern. Sometime after, we accidentally added another pheasant rooster, Super Sparkey but big like a Dorking. They looked identical, but little Sparky ruled the roost 😂

*eta a little English game bantam

Love your silkie Roo.
Here is my boy 12 weeks old already crowing! Only time he does not crow is when the other cockerel is in sight. Hatched this gift egg under a broody easteregger.
