I just got my first dark Cornish hen, I want to see everyone elses.

Very nice cornish, both of you! I think you'll learn it is hard to find Cornish owners, and a lot of them just have hatchery birds. . . Who are SO far from Cornish.

Does anyone know of a breeder of the dark cornish bantams around west central indiana. Would like to stay with in a 2 hr driving time.

Probably not going to be a lot of birds available to buy right now. I usually sell off in Aug.-Nov. so I have pens free for little ones in the spring.

I'll take some pics, I have one dark and 2 buff lace. They are all pretty young. They were out laying in the sun this morning
spread out on their sides like they were dead - if I hadn't just feed them and saw them eating - I'd a been a little stressed lol!!
