Just today i saw a article naming the dog breeds that are least liekly to bite. I thought id just have a look of course they had a Shi Tzu as the first, i was bitten by one and know a few others that were bitten by one. So obviously it was the owner, but the one i was bitten by had a temper. Then they have bulldogs, Labs, goldens, great danes, cocker spainels(i was bitten by a family cocker spainel, he was very well trained), and the last dog was lhaso appo. Every dog breed on there im sure has bitten someone, i dont get how they can go around making those articles when its never the dogs fault, maybe it does have to do with history of dogs. But usally theses dogs had a bad life or were trained that way.

If that was true, then that should apply to all traits we have bred into dogs. Like retrieving for labs, you can't just love them so much they stop catching a Frisbee.

Dogs definitely have it in them to bite regardless of breed. It’s a risk we take when we keep them as pets for sure.
