I’ve created this thread because google images isn’t all that reliable or consistent. Seems like Bumblefoot can be pretty common and so can variations in duck feet.

So I am curious to see the bottoms of healthy and unhealthy webbed tootsies!

This will hopefully help people that aren’t sure if their duck has Bumblefoot or not and maybe catch it early if someone has pictures of what it looks like just starting out. I plan on posting some later because I’ve noticed some ducks have bottoms that look totally different.

I know there are folks on here that have already dealt with this (or maybe just find those feet adorable) and already have pictures! So if you could just include with your post that it is Bumblefoot, just calluses, or perfect little Webbed feet that would be terrific! And if you have a treatment that has worked for you, don’t hesitate to share that as well! 😁

This is each foot on my Welsh. Tiny little black dots... so I’m guessing caught it early? Noticed limping a couple days ago and that’s when I caught it.

I had one of those in my Female Runner. Dealing with chickens an bumble I’d never seen bumble like this so I took her to the vet who subscribe antibiotics and Meloxicam I still had to open and get the bumble (infection) out.

Pretty sure the only one that felt like it may have something hard in it was one of the Welsh’s. The rest are all squishy like the calluses are.... unless I’ve just felt too many duck feet in the past couple days and now I’m confused. HA! I will be checking again this evening when we do cleaning and spray on them... do the Welsh’s not look like bumble?

Yes they do especially if you feel a hard kernel but did you get anything out? I have never had a bumble clear up on its own I’ve always had to soften the scab pull it off and get the bumble out.
