Hey guys, first time poster and I have to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone in this forum! You guys have taught me so much!
My recently frozen(~week) whole cornish Xs seemed to turn a strange, darker color once frozen. Is this normal or is it something I did wrong? Freezer burn? Not dry enough? It may sound stupid, but I've never frozen a whole bird before. They just dont look appetizing to me. And of course I'm concerned about the appeal of the package when we sell in the future. Any ideas/tips/advice?
Can you guys show me examples(I'm a picture guy!) of what your frozen birds look like?
