Sorry for the slow response (ugh work). Here is a quick sketch of my design of the 1 sheet of plywood coop. Disclaimer -I am a pretty haphazard carpenter so the fact that it seemed to work was mostly luck /img/smilies/wink.png (Also the nesting box on the side was an after addition and not included in the 1 sheet.)
Here is what it took;
1 4x8' sheet of plywood (3 cuts - roof 4'x4', back 1'x4', and the sides both 3' long and sloping from 3' to 1' in height.
8' of 3' tall wire mesh for bottom (4'x3') and 2 doors (each a bit less than 3' tall & 2' wide)
several (I think aprroximately 5 though I was not counting) 8' 1 1/2"xs (to frame door and to tack the plywood together)
and here is the pic of the end product again to clarify my messy sketch (again I broke into another piece of plywood to add the side nesting box which I use to herd them into while i am cleaning out the coop (it has a little ramp that doubles as a door). I have also since added 1/8 " mesh to the bottom 6" of the door for further predator proofing (not in pic).
Here is an updated picture that includes the addition of the 1/8" mesh- and more importantly lanscaping (haha 1 Icelandic Poppy)
