this was during construction. I believe it was called rustic red at Sherwin Williams.

Here's mine in November of 2010. We're adding another big one right now for my BLRWs. It'll be red an look the same. I love red! But... I'm tired of all that white stuff on the ground!

I was dead set on red when I built mine, now I'm not sure why. I got the paint from a surplus store for $5/gal. After looking at it for 2 years, I want to paint it again, hopefully something that doesn't stand out quite so much.

Thanks for the shots! Like domino7 I am a bit concerned that I should maybe paint mine in a color that blends in a little better. We have nothing but buildings to block views onto our property and a red coop might be a visual magnet pulling you in like a tractor beam.
