Isn't the 1st one a playhouse? It has that stuff on the roof as well, but I can put that on the other one

I think the roof may be too wide on the 1st one... By 2 inches... Is it possible to trim it

Are these just pieces of wood under here? You can lay it flat right? Or does it have a built in floor? I’m terrible at assessing things if I’m not able to actually see it!

The first one is larger if it's in reasonable condition.

I noticed that in the second one you have to buy the floor separately. Does the first one have a floor?
