Can I see a broadside pic of your RIR you thought was gold sex link? I just bought 8 gsl from tsc and want to make sure mine don't look like your rir.

Ha! My husband was looking for me the other day, came on the chick room and I'm down there with my head in the brooder talking to my babies. He just shook his head and said, "I should've known." I'm already ready for like...10 or 20 more ha!

Today when I got home from work I came in and found my hubby doing the same thing. This is the same man who 3 days ago didn't want chicks in the house, now he can't stop talking about them (and too them)

One more...you'll notice she doesn't have the little red tip on her nose like the RIRs do.

They're both sweeties! But mine were all labeled correctly. Hoping to get some other varieties tomorrow when my local store gets a new shipment.

Yay! Glad yours were all labeled correctly. I really don't mind, they are the sweetest and I've had the best time pouring over pictures of breeds and learning all the little differences.

Here is my little Ameraucana. I haven't found a good name for her yet, so if you have any suggestions, let me know.

I have 2 Ameraucanas, 1 Barred Rock, 1 Australorp, 2 Red Sex Links, 1 Austra White and 1 Rhode Island Red.
