I am currently awaiting the fair in my area, and I am taking my best birds. I wanted to have a little competition, I will judge the entries, and therefore, will not enter any of my own. Preparation such as vaseline on the face and shanks is allowed. I will judge as I think appropriate, so please no whining if you think your bird should have done better! I am a member of the American Poultry Association, in case you were wanting some kind of qualification for me to be the judge. Cross-Breds are allowed, but I must be informed of what type, so that I can make the best of their characteristics, only chickens may enter. Entries are open from now until 8/19/2017 unless no one enters, then it will be extended, judging day is on 8/20/2017, when it is complete, I will post the chickens are their placings, you must have a name for your chicken, so that I can be specific when announcing the placings, just in case someone else enters the same breed and gender.

This is Georgia she is going to lay very soon and is my biggest Pullet! She is a Rhode Island Red and very sweet!

Okay, we did have an entry with out a name, I will let it slide this ONE time. But if it happens again, the owner will be notified. If the post has not been modified by judging day, it will be a disqualification. I will not disqualify this ONE time like I mentioned above

The Results are in this order

1st: Red English Orpington
2nd: Silver Bullet
3rd: Tip
4th: Georgia
5th: Poptart
