This is our new chicken coop my husband built all out of used lumber from a shed he tore down. We just got our hens two days ago from a flock of 20. They seem very happy in their new home!

Wow! Had to go through all 15 pages before deciding to add my 2 cents. Saw a coop on this site back in June and had to have it. At the time I wasn't really thinking about getting chickens. I Just wanted to build something out of boredom. Took me 3 weeks to build the coop itself and 2 more to get the aviary done. It's a modest bungalow that my 6 assorted girls love to pieces.
