I love my ducks. Unfortunately out of the six we've gotten, we only have one girl, so we had to re-home some of them.


Kiwi, Khaki campbell as a duckling.


Beniduck, Pekin, as a duckling.


Beniduck & William, Rouen.


Beniduck. We sold him because he fought too much with Eclipse.


William & Eclipse, Cayuga. We sold William after he started attacking our hens.


Eclipse, William & Kiwi free ranging.


Basil & Sam, Magpie ducklings

Kiwi & Eclipse. Eclipse attacked some of our hens in the spring so he now live outside of the chicken run.


Kiwi & Eclipse. We have started free ranging Kiwi because our hens will eat any eggs laid on the ground.

Ha Ha, maybe Blueberry and Pete are playing together! Welsh harlequins are really good breeds! They are really sweet!

I thought he was a girl when he was little so we put necklaces on him!

Wow. They're all gorgeous! The Magpie breed I've only heard of, never looked into them, They're beautiful though, is it a good breed?

Wow. They're all gorgeous! The Magpie breed I've only heard of, never looked into them, They're beautiful though, is it a good breed?

I love my magpies. They are super sweet. They follow me around everywhere, and come to greet me when I come home. I don't know if they are good egg layers, because I ended up with 2 boys.
I would definitely get more of them, if I could be sure to end up with a female.
